Scientific Background | P32/98 (Ile-thiazolidide) is a specific, competitive transition-state substrate analog inhibitor of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPIV; DPPIV; CD26), with a Ki of 130 nM (1-3). Useful in diabetes research. Has been used in vivo (10mg/kg orally twice daily)(4-7) and in tissue culture (1-10 µM) (8). |
